The Bookers traveled to Oxford, Mississippi in October 2001, where we met up with our good friend Martha Huie.
Our book for the month was William Faulkner’s The Unvanquished.
In addition to our usual book discussion, we also visited Faulkner’s home, Rowan Oak, and had breakfast at his grave.
